Carpet Cleaning, Floor Care & Restoration in Central Florida

“I was looking for carpet cleaning online and found Precise Services. I was unsure on what to expect, but I was very pleased with their great level of service and attention to detail. Byron was very professional and knowledgeable on his work. Will definitely use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.”

“Nicotine from a 2 pack a day smoker does severe damage to furniture. When Byron said Precise Services would be able to remove the smell and nicotine color from our friend's furniture we were skeptical. Byron turned on his magic machine and a miracle happened! The yellow/brown nicotine color on the cloth couch and chairs? GONE! The horrific odor? GONE! That old furniture looks new again! Both Byron and Gloria, who gave us a very reasonable estimate, are a pleasure to work with. Precise Services is reliable and we look forward to working with them again in the very near future.”

“We hired Precise Cleaning to carpet clean two rooms and their service was very professional. Robert, the cleaning tech, was on time and did a very nice job. We have two dogs, so these rooms really needed it. I have used other cleaning services in the area and later regretted paying so much for poor service. Not only did I get great service, the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this company and Robert, their cleaning tech.”

“I came home around 7 pm to dog vomit all over my suede couch. Byron stopped what he was doing and spent 20–30 minutes walking me through the products, cleaning method and drying process, even though there was no monetary benefit to him. This man is a rare find—someone who genuinely cares about his work, his business and the people who call him. Hire this man if possible because he can absolutely deliver amazing results.”
